Safe to say it has nothing to do with Kuretake ZIG COCOIRO.
It's a blue Uni-Ball vision Micro, One of the best pens you can sometime find in a common office supply store, though the Uniball vision fine is more commonly found.
Itsy-bitsy brush pen?
I was thinking it's probably a miniature brush pen as well... the feed system looks like the ones found on Uni-ball Visions but the rest of the pen doesn't really look like one.
It's a brush pen....but a fine point.
Could be Uni or Pilot....maybe Mitsu?
But definitely one of those fine tipped spongy plastic tipped brush pens. These allow a wonderful variable width line yet provide more control than a brush. They are awesome!
