It's a known issue. There's some good stuff in there and I don't think I have written with any of them yet except the Parker on the far right. That one is a classic and worth eating Ramen for a week for if needed. I hope the Esterbrook is a good one also. Might be sending that off for a new nib. More to follow.

No need to send the Esterbrook off for a new nib - they unscrew and can be easily replaced. Look at Richard Binder's site or on ebay for NOS nib units.
It probably needs a new sac, though...
